In the latest twist in Zee TV's popular show Kumkum Bhagya, Harleen makes a startling revelation about her accident, leading to major drama in the lives of RV (Abrar Qazi) and Purvi (Rachi Sharma).

The show, produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, has seen numerous ups and downs in the lives of its characters. Recently, RV and Purvi bring Harleen home, and tensions rise as Monisha begins to panic, with Dushyant revealing RV's growing attachment to Khushi. As RV and Purvi get closer, RV continues to assure her that he will always be by her side.

In the upcoming episode, Harman pressures Harleen to reveal the truth about what she is hiding. Meanwhile, Khushi visits Purvi, and RV reacts oddly when he sees her. In a shocking moment, Harleen tells Harman that her accident wasn't an accident at all, but rather a planned attempt on her life—an admission that RV overhears. Harleen expresses her concern, and Harman looks visibly tense.

RV, becoming suspicious, asks Yug to contact his friend who sketches, though he keeps this plan hidden from Diya. RV shares his doubts about Harleen's accident and suggests that Khushi might be behind it. Yug refuses to believe him, but Dushyant secretly schemes to manipulate RV into believing that Purvi is plotting against him and his family, aiming to make him favor Monisha.

Khushi, feeling uneasy, confides in Purvi, suspecting that Harleen's accident may have been a deliberate attempt to frame Purvi and have her jailed. The two decide to team up and enlist Netra's help to expose Monisha's sinister plans.

Kumkum Bhagya, which originally chronicled the love story of Pragya and Abhi (played by Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia), now follows a second generation of characters, including Mugdha Chaphekar as Prachi, Krishna Kaul as Ranbir, Rachi Sharma as Purvi, and Abrar Qazi as Rajvansh (third generation).
