Pintu went to jail for the fatal attack on Pradeep

BERHAMPUR, 14/5 (Abhijit Kar): On 13.05.24 at 09.40 PM, The above noted case has been registered on the written report of the complt. Pradeep kumar Panigrahi (50) S/O. late Somanatha Panigrahi of Courtpeta Ps. BN.pur  Dist. Ganjam to the effect that on 13.05.24 at about 09.15 PM while he was discussing about booth no. 132 regarding sealing of the EVM box with IIC and other police officers, in the mean time one Shiba sankar Dash@Pintu (50) S/O. Khali Dsh of Saliabandha Sahi, PS.Gosaninuagaon Dist.Ganjam suddenly assaulted to Pradeep kumar Panigrahi by means of fist blows and pressing his neck with an intention to kill him in his life and investigated into. During course of investigation the FIR named accused Shiba sankar Dash@Pintu (50) S/O. Khali Dsh of Saliabandha Sahi, PS.Gosaninuagaon Dist. Ganjam has been arrested on 13.05.24 at 11.30 PM for the offence U/S-324/307 IPC and forwarded to the Honorable Court of SDJM, Berhampur on 14.05.24. Now the case is under investigation.A counter case vide gosaninuagoan PS case no 132/24 dated 14.05.2024 U/S 323/294/506/34 IPC r.w 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of SC/ ST POA act r.w 27 arms act has been registered on the wtittren report of the complt. Asha kumari Dash W/O- Shiva Sankar Das of Lingaraj nagar, PS- Gosaninuagaon, Dist- Ganjam and the case is under investigation.
