Mahan Sangh invites to all participate in yoga festival for yoga awareness
Brahmapur, 20/3 (Abhijit Kar): In Odisha’s a leading institute, Moraji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayusha, Government of India, will celebrate the “Yoga Festival” in view of the World Yoga Day. A press conference was held on Thursday evening to mark the occasion. It was presided over by the founder of the Mahan Sangha and eminent social activist Mr. Sushant Kumar Sabat to inform in detail that cooperation is the basic mantra of building a healthy life by keeping the human psyche balanced. Therefore, he informed that a huge program will be held to raise awareness about this yoga and in the coming days, this program will be organized widely in Ganjam district by the association. In addition, it has been decided to organize in different parts of India to highlight the value of hundred days of yoga.
On this occasion, the Yoga Festival 2024 has been inaugurated on the 13th of March by Morji Desai National Institute of Yoga at Vigyaan Bhawan, New Delhi. In this context, after the inauguration of the program on 22nd of this month at 8 am, discussion on yoga, competition, yoga training, yoga awareness cultural program will be held, informed the general secretary of the association, Prasant Patra. Cultural Editor Rameshwari Nanda gave vote of thanks on this occasion, Mahan Union Women’s Section President Deviprabha Rath, Senior Member Zemanchal Manigarahi, Bhishmacharya Chowdhury, Manranjan Padhi, Dr. Sandhya Patnaik, Dr. Dhanlakshmi Patnaik were prominently present.
