St. Xavier High School Annual Festival and Inter Xavier Talent Competition held in B'pur

BERHAMPUR, 24/12 (Abhijit Kar): The Inter Xavier Talent Competition and the school's annual festival were held for three days in the premises of St. Xavier High School in Meenakshi Nagar. The chief guest of the event was the Honorable Minister of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare, School and Mass Education Government of Odisha Shri Nityananda Gand, while the guests of honor were the Mayor of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, Smt. Sanghamitra Dalai, Xavier Director Dr. P.C. Mohanty, CEO Mukesh Saraf, Secretary Priyambada Das, School Principal Professor K.C. Panda. The main stage was set. The meeting was welcomed by the School Director Dr. Gori Shankar Panda and the Chairman and Managing Director Dr. G.S. Patnaik. Similarly, Master of Ceremonies Kunal Kaushik Panda gave information about the purpose of the event.

On the last day of the competition, which ended on Tuesday, Xavier's School students from major cities including Ganjam, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh participated in various competitions. The judges of the competition were Savana Das, Smriti Panda, Ava Panigrahi, Karisma Khan, Er. Jaminikant Das, Dr. Bandita Panda, and Professor Agni Behera. All the teachers and staff of the school were present and supported the students. Chairman Kanhu Charan Panda, Rahul Raj Panda, Chairman Priyambada Das, Regional Education Coordinator Usharani Patnaik, and Regional Education Officer Dr. Binayak Sahu, along with other staff members, were present and supported. Similarly, at the end of the assembly, a cultural program was presented by the students.

According to the information, on the third evening and the last day of the festival, DFO Shoni Khokar was the chief guest, while Ollywood superstar Subhasish Sharma, singer Anuradha Panigrahi, Sahitya Academy awardee Sushmita Das, international trainer B. Ramesh Patnaik were the guests of honor. They made a major contribution and awarded certificates and trophies to the students who achieved success in the competition. Similarly, teachers and Faculty who performed well were felicitated. The main attraction of the program was the participation of comedians from Berhampur, Preeti Ranjan, Manke and other artists who entertained the students.
