Chandu Champion Poster Out: As promised, Kartik Aaryan has shared his massive body transformation look from his upcoming movie Chandu Champion on Instagram. The jaw-dropping poster was released on May 15 and it shows Kartik, drenched in sweat, running on the field wearing just a langot. The caption shared by Aaryan reads, “The man who refused to surrender.”
Chandu Champion will hit theatres on June 14 this year. Captioning the post on Instagram, Kartik Aaryan wrote, “Champion Aa Raha Hai…(Champion is coming). Super excited and proud to share the first poster of the most challenging and special film of my career. Chandu Champion in theatres on 14 June.” The movie is directed by Kabir Khan.
Fans get excited after seeing Kartik’s never-before-seen avatar. One of the users wrote, “Oh my godddddd wow”. Another user said, “Bhai, kya transform kia hai aapne apne aap ko.”

Meet Murlikant Petkar, The Real Life Chandu Champion
Chandu Champion tells the inspiring story of a sportsman’s resilience and determination. Kartik Aaryan stars as Chandu in this film, which is reportedly based on the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming. This movie will be Kartik and Kabir’s first collaboration. Petkar won an individual gold medal in the 1972 Summer Paralympics, in Heidelberg, Germany and set a world record in the 50 m freestyle swimming event, at 37.33 seconds.
In the same games he participated in javelin, precision javelin throw and slalom. He was a finalist in all three events. In 2018, he was awarded with the Padma Shri
Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha, co-starring Kiara Advani. Last year, he also made a cameo appearance in Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. He also has an untitled project with Karan Johar in the line-up.
