PM Modi is working to make Amit Shah his successor: Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will turn 75 next year and he has decided to make Amit Shah his successor. “He is working towards achieving this for the last 2-3 years,” he pointed out.

Kejriwal was speaking during a joint press conference with Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow on Thursday.

The Delhi CM claimed that all the big leaders who could have been an impediment for Amit Shah have been sidelined, be it Shivraj Chouhan, Manohar Lal Khattar, Vasundhara Raje, Devendra Fadnavis or others. “Now, there’s only one leader who could replace Amit Shah and he is Yogi Adityanath. After coming to power, BJP will remove Yogi Adityanath as UP CM within two months,” he contended.

Talking about the polling underway for the Lok Sabha elections, the Aam Aadmi Party leader asserted that trends indicate that the BJP will get less than 250 seats…the party will get around 220 seats. “They are losing seats in Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Rajasthan. BJP won’t come to power. INDIA bloc will form the government.”
