Reliance Jio announces complimentary FanCode subscription with select plans

Reliance Jio on Friday announced a complimentary FanCode subscription for its customers across India. This offer is available with select JioAirFiber, JioFiber, and Jio Mobility Prepaid plans, bringing a premium sports streaming experience to a wider audience.

FanCode is a leading sports OTT platform whose plans typically cost Rs 299 per month or Rs 1,999 annually for its unlimited live stream pass. The subscription provided by Jio grants access to a variety of Indian and international sports tournaments, including the highly popular Formula 1.

To qualify for the complimentary subscription, JioAirFiber and JioFiber customers need to be subscribed to plans priced at Rs 1,199 or higher. Prepaid Jio customers who have recharged with the Rs 398, Rs 1,198, Rs 3,333 annual plan, or Rs 4,498 plans are also eligible to get the benefits of this subscription.

The newly introduced Rs 3,333 annual plan offers 2.5GB of data per day, along with unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day and includes the complimentary FanCode subscription. The exclusive sports content from FanCode can be accessed via the JioTV+ or JioTV app.

Jio has confirmed that the complimentary FanCode subscription will be available to both existing and new customers at no extra cost. FanCode covers a broad range of sports, including premier cricket tournaments, women’s cricket, live football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, badminton, and other major sports events.

Moreover, FanCode has secured exclusive broadcast rights for Formula 1 in India for the years 2024 and 2025, which will undoubtedly appeal to F1 fans. The platform offers real-time match highlights, detailed match videos, Indian cricket highlights, data, statistics, in-depth analysis, fantasy sports insights, and breaking sports news from around the world.
