Preparatory Meeting to Celebrate Independence Day at B’pur

Berhampur, 26/7 (Abhijit Kar): A preparatory meeting has been held on Friday afternoon in the conference room of the Sub-District Magistrate, Brahampur on behalf of the information and public relations department of Brahampur sub-district level, under the chairmanship of Ms. Dina Dastagir, Deputy District Magistrate, Brahampur. On behalf of Sub-District Information and Public Relations Department, Ramadhun will be observed in the city by loudspeakers and flags will be hoisted at 7.00 am in all public and private institutions. The national flag will be hoisted by the chief guest at 9.15 am at the Khallikot University Stadium. 78th Independence Day Celebrations are available for Primary (Class IV to Class V), Secondary (Class VI to VII) for Ordaining Speech Competition on 08.08.2024, Drawing Competition on 09.08.2024 and Essay Competition on 10.08.2024. High School (8th to 10th Class) and College level competitions will be held at local Shaheed Laxman Nayak High School at Courtpeta. Parade is scheduled to practice on 11.08.2024 and 12.08.2024 at 3.00 pm and 13.08.2024 at 7.30 am at Khallikot University Stadium. among others Deputy Collector Ms. Kasturi Swain and Deputy Collector Subrata Ramviram Satapathi, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, DS Pratap and RI of Police M. Lakshmi Ranjan were present in this preparatory meeting. And Additional Public Relations Officer Loknath Shetpathi presented various details and wished everyone’s cooperation in celebrating this year’s Independence Day.
