Career Fair Program at Sankalp Senior Secondary School
• A first of its kind event in the school segment
Berhampur, 10/8 (Abhijit Kar): Sankalp Senior Secondary School, in association with Career Map, Bhubaneswar successfully hosted its inaugural Career Fair 1.0, which was a first-of-its-kind event in Berhampur in the school segment. The event was organized to provide students with invaluable insights and guidance on various career opportunities. About 500 students from classes 9 to 12 of Sankalp school actively participated in the fair, accompanied by their parents. The event also saw the participation of about 300 students and teachers from other schools of the region, making it a truly collaborative effort. Mr Jasobant Narayan Singhlal, a prominent master career counselor and founder director of Career Map, Bhubaneswar along with his expert team of 15 counselors, attended the queries related to career from the students. They offered detailed information on 45 career choices spanning across 6 different streams, helping students explore diverse career paths and make informed decisions about their futures. Sri Debendra Behera (OES), Block Education Officer (BEO), Rangeilunda graced the occasion as the Chief guest and inaugurated the Career Fair. Shri Pradipta Kishore Panigrahy, Principal of the school delivered welcome address. The inauguration ceremony was also graced by chairman Mr. E.T. Rao, Director Mr. Sarthak, SMC Member’s and the Principal’s of various schools of Ganjam district such as K V Principal, Shri Shivapriya Dash, Sankalp School and KC Public School Principal Shri Ashok Kumar Mishra are joining the Program.
