Joint complaint hearing of Ganjam District Collector, 74 complaints received

Brahampur, 25/9 (Abhijit Kar): Brahampur sub-district level public grievance hearing camp was held on Monday by the district administration in the conference room of Brahampur Sub – District Collector. In this public complaint hearing chaired by Ganjam District Collector Dibyajyoti Parida, Berhampur Sub – District Collector Ashutosh Kulkarni, Berhampur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sonal Jena, Berhampur SP Sarbana Vivek M. Major attended and resolved the complaints. A total of 74 complaint letters were received today at sub-district level. Out of them, 68 individual complaints, 3 village-based problems and 3 complaints have been resolved immediately. Among them, 18 thousand rupees were given in 2 applications from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, while one person was given 10 thousand rupees from the Red Cross. In today’s grievance hearing camp, complaints were mainly about allowances, education, social security, land lease, irrigation, housing construction, ration card, Mindaga, road problems. The District Magistrate directed the concerned departmental officers to immediately dispose of the application for joint public grievance hearing. All the departmental officers of the district level were present in this program.
