Pradeep Panigrahi and Shiv Shankar Das face-off Matter in Brahmapur …..!

• BJP blames BJD for failing to manage its own Party – BJD

• Biju Janata Dal has become violent due to fear of defeat – BJP

Berhampur, 15/5 (Abhijit Kar): A press conference was held on behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party at the local old bus stand on Wednesday evening regarding the fatal attack on Berhampur Lok Sabha candidate Dr. Pradeep Panigrahi. In this conference, Berhampur Lok Sabha Constituency Coordinator Saroj Sabat, Gopalpur Assembly Candidate Bibhuti Bhushan Jena, Berhampur Assembly Candidate K.  Anil Kumar, Chikiti assembly Candidate Manoranjan Dyansamantara, Chhatrapur assembly candidate Krishna Chandra Nayak, senior leader Pitabash Panda were present and alleged that the Biju Janata Dal has become violent and crazy due to the fear of losing the election, and is doing violence by gangsters and criminals in different parts of the district. The Ganjam district Bharatiya Janata Party has condemned the violence used by BJD on 13th and the deadly attack on Gopalpur MLA, BJP Berhampur MP candidate Dr. Pradeep Panigarahi by Shiv Shankar Das (Pintu Das) near booth No. 134 in Gosaninuanga.

In addition to this, the party considers the attack as a conspiracy and the party demands that the police investigate those who are involved in the act. The National Security Act has been imposed against Pindu Das, and the Ganjam district BJP is demanding that the trial be completed within six months after the investigation within one month, Peetabas said. The leaders expressed their opinion that the BJD has failed in trying to scare the people by running terror attacks in areas like Gopalpur, Brahampur, Chikiti, Dakhapahandi before, on the day of the election and after the election.

On the other hand, in the villages of Gopalpur constituency Congregation, Golanthara, Kolothi village, Gunpur, Randa, Panchama, Hugulapta Lordati villages, BJD candidate Bikram Panda along with liquor dealer, Santu Patra, Ranjit Naik, Kalia Muna, Ajit Raul All the involved in many criminal cases, created widespread anarchy. Bibhuti said that the police are keeping a silent watch while doing so. In the same way, while the Brahampur riots turned around and threatened the BJP workers, the police were enjoying the incident, the BJP agent was beaten up and thrown out near the Brahampur Corporation School, the Brahampur candidate said. In the end, the Gopalpur MLA candidate expressed his opinion that unfortunately, even though the SP and IG of Berhampur complained about the incident, they were far from taking action against the crime, they were not even picking up the phone. Bibhuti Bhushan Jena has expressed the opinion that it will come down.

However, Biju Janata Dal spokesperson Dr. Priyabrat Majhi issued a press release on this issue in the morning, saying that it has become a habit of Odisha BJP to blame others for not being able to manage their own house. Shiv Shankar Das alias Pindu Das, an independent candidate in Berhampur, was once in the BJP. When the Odisha BJP welcomed Pradeep Panigahri, who was expelled from the BJD for defrauding lakhs of rupees and engaging in anti-public activities, in the name of giving jobs to the poor common youth of his constituency, then the feud between both Pradeep and Pindu started. After Pradeep gave a ticket to one of his supporters for the Berhampur assembly seat, Shiv Shankar left the BJP and stood as a rebel candidate, at which point he openly challenged Pradeep Panigrahi.

The whole of Odisha saw the inner tears going on in the Odisha BJP, when the two leaders clashed over the issue of ticket distribution, surprisingly, the BJP leader Pitambar Acharya has commented on the BJP, saying that it is very unfortunate. Also, if criminals are welcomed with garlands and placed on their heads, such a situation can be seen. Pradeep is now like a thorn stuck in the thread for Odisha BJP, he said that neither they can be swayed nor can they be removed.
