Plantation Program was Started from KK College by Tree Lover Subash Maharana

Berhampur, 1/7 (Abhijit Kar): A tree planting Program has been held on Monday morning at the local Khallikot College playground. Dr. Ramesh Chandra ChyauPatnaik, former MLA and District President of BJD, participated in the program organized under the supervision of former BeDA Chairman and State BJD General Secretary Mr. Subash Chandra Maharana on the occasion of Holy Forest Festival week and planted various types of trees and highlighted their need. Similarly, on the occasion of the Forest Festival, Subasha Maharana advised every citizen to plant one tree and take responsibility for it. Mayor of Berhampur Municipal Corporation and District BJD Women President Smt. Sanghmitra Dalai, former corporator Mamata Bisoy, corporator Surendra Maharana, Pradeep Satapathy, senior BJD leader Jagannath Sabat, former corporator Vishmacharya Choudhury, Enkatee Reddy, Manoj Mohapatra, Mukund Goud, Rakesh Kumar Sahu were present in the event.

However, Subhas Chandra Maharana informed that this forest festival will be held for a week in the coming days at Gosainuaga Police Station Back Road, Gosainuaga Girls High School, Medical College Campus, Engineering School Campus, Srihari Nagar, Ankuli, Siddharth City-1st Line.
